CHATTcon 2021 will be completely virtual. We'll be using a conference app called Whova that will allow you to connect with other attendees and to join all the sessions through the app.

The lectures will be uploaded to the conference app in the weeks leading up to the conference dates of June 25-26, 2021. You'll be able to watch them at your leisure and then talk about them and ask questions in the community chat that will associated with each lecture. On the days of the actual conference there will be 45 time slots scheduled for each speaker and you'll be able to chat with them on a video (or audio if you prefer) conference and ask them your questions. The speakers could have extra surprises for you as well on those live sessions.

Event registrations are refundable minus a $30 administration fee as long as the request is received at least 60 days prior to the date of the event. Registration fees are non-refundable within 60 days of the event (see below for special circumstances).
The host of the event reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason at any time up until 30 days prior to the scheduled date and to provide a full refund of registration fees. If the event is cancelled due to illness, natural disaster, weather delays or other reasons outside the control of the host, the registrant will have the choice of a refund or enrolment in another seminar or in the Introduction to TAGteach online course. If an attendee is unable to attend due to illness or other unforeseeable circumstance, they may request a transfer to another TAGteach or RYANO event (including the recorded version of this event), enrolment in an online course or other remediation. Any remediation of this nature will be at the sole discretion of the event host and may be subject to a $30 admin fee.
Yer, you can transfer your ticket to someone else at any time. This may be subject to a $30 admin fee.
Yes, you can request a full or partial refund within 30 days of the conference if you attend the entire event and are dissatisfied. This request must be in writing. You’ll be the first person in over 150 of our events ever to request a refund.
Yes we expect to get CEUs for the entire conference. We'll apply for these once we have the schedule finalized

The requirements to claim CEUs vary with the different organizations. We will provide you with the information or forms that you need to claim your CEUs.
It is your responsibility to know what your organization requires and to make sure that you get your forms signed (if necessary) on the day.
To help make sure that we have the correct forms and the correct number of forms and that we have the certification numbers we need to submit on your behalf, we will send you a form to fill out online.
